Easy Raspberry Crisp Recipe in Mini Jars

*Makes approximately 10 jelly jars. 1 jar = 1 serving.
2 cups fresh raspberries
brown sugar (optional)
10 jelly jars (4 oz.)
Crumble Topping Ingredients
1⁄2 cup rolled oats
1⁄2 cup flour
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
4 Tbsp butter or margarine, softened
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place about 2-3 Tbsp raspberries into the bottom of each jelly jar. Don’t be shy if you love raspberries. **If you want to sweeten them up a bit, add about 1⁄2 tsp. of brown sugar on top of the raspberries in each jar.
Combine the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar. Using a fork, or a pastry cutter, cut in butter or margarine until crumbly. Scoop 2-3 Tbsp of crumble into your jelly jars on top of the fresh raspberries.
Bake for 25 minutes on 350 degrees.
