I made it! Day one of my Whole30 reset nearly complete.
The fridge is stocked.
Here’s a peak at what I ate today.
Blackberries and cashews sprinkled with coconut flakes (unsweetened)
Salad – baby spinach, pineapple, homemade strawberry vinaigrette (recipe to come), sunflower seeds
Mashed Sweet Potato Crunch (recipe to come)
I have some insights already about my relationship with food, but my brain is a little muddled tonight. I’m guessing it’s the lack of sugar and caffeine.
