Author: Sarah Weeda | Give Me Neither
*Makes approximately 10 jelly jars. 1 jar = 1 serving.
6 medium size apples, peeled and diced
1/8 cup flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. sugar
10 jelly jars (4 oz.)
Crumble Topping Ingredients
1⁄2 cup rolled oats
1⁄2 cup flour
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
4 Tbsp butter or margarine, softened
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine apples, 1/8 cup flour, cinnamon, and sugar. Mix well, coating all the apples.
Place about 2-3 Tbsp apples into the bottom of each jelly jar.
In a separate bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar. Using a fork, or a pastry cutter, cut in butter or margarine until crumbly. Scoop 2-3 Tbsp of crumble into your jelly jars on top of the apples. It will sink when baking so you can add a bit more if you like the topping.
Bake for 25 minutes on 350 degrees.
